Our Charities 2016

Throughout 2016 we have helped some great charities, including:-

BID - supporting the deaf community in the local area

Beacon Centre for the Blind - support for the region's visually impaired

Mary Stevens Hospice - providing care & support to those with life limiting illness

Halas Homes - care & support for those with learning difficulties

Acorns Trust - providing respite & care for children & families with life limiting & chronically debilitating illness

Action Heart - the oldest & model for country wide schemes for rehabilitation of cardio vascular patients

West Bromwich Operatic Society Youth Theatre - providing positive experience in performing arts for local youth

West Bromwich Albion Foundation - using football to  provide sporting and educational opportunities to the most disadvantaged members of our local community.

Howley Grange Scout Group - providing a range of positive experience for local youth

Community for Reconciliation - a one off donation to a village in Rwanda to provide a herd of goats to enable it to become self sufficient

Old Hill Christmas Tree - annual ongoing support to a local community

Sam's Stepping Stones - donation to charity raising money for specialist equipment

Inner Wheel - Donation to our Ladies organisation to enable them to carry out the work they do in the community

Mablethorpe Childrens' Holidays - sponsorship for a group of local children who would otherwise not have a holiday.

Hope & Homes for Children - closing orphanages across areas of strife

Global Sight Solutions - providing sustainable optical solutions to the sub continent & other regions that will enable patients to support themselves

Socks & Chocs - providing practical support to the homeless

Shelterbox - providing immediate to long term aid in rebuilding disaster areas

Water Survival Box - providing water purification kits in disaster areas etc together with school kits to enable continuation of education for affected children
